Step 1

Brainstorming

We have a brainstorming and strategy call with you to plan out your 90 day action plan, and the specific tasks you want your hustler to partake in. With this information, we will EMPLOY ON DEMAND and find the right virtual hustler or hustlers for your business. You can hire one or more hustlers in your business. This is why it's important to specify what tasks your hustler is going to do, so we can provide you with the best game plan to ensure success.

Step 2

Hire on Demand

Once we have all the information, we will HIRE ON DEMAND. This often takes 7-14 days. We allow you to be a part of the interview process. We will get our shortlist of applicants to send a video introducing themselves, and pitch their experience. We want to make sure that this relationship is beneficial as your hustler is your Personal assistant in the end!

Step 3

Training

We have the right fit! Now that we have your hustler in place, we will begin their training process and yours! We train your hustler on the tasks you would like them to do, and check in with them on a fortnightly basis. The best thing is, we can constantly refresh and update your hustler on new learnings through regular hustler workshops that you can enrol them into, so they are constantly progressing and giving you some new ideas to bring in-house. This initial phase will take 30 days before handing them over. 'There is a workshops calendar that you can enrol and attend for an extra low cost fee

Step 4

Onboarding

We onboard and train you! Here at The Checklist Group, we offer an employ on demand Accelerator Program that will help you master social media, sales, and management to assist in getting the most out of your virtual hustler. Although we are here to mentor, we do not manage. In the end they are your employee and should be treated just like any other within the business. This is an ongoing process and is compulsory, as we want to ensure you are getting the most out of your hustler. Head to www.acceleratorcoaching.academy for more information.

Step 5

Review

We meet with you on a quarterly review basis with your hustler. You can either keep and constantly grow your hustler, employ another OR if they are not the right fit, we will hire and train a new one at no extra cost.
